The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    Unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use, you do not need to provide any products, materials, or equipment. All that is needed is running water and electricity.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes, there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Payments Accepted

A deposit will be made a week prior to the appointment and the rest will be paid the day of service (cash, card or check is accepted).

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be processed if cancelled 48 hours before the appointment. Half refund will be processed if cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment.
